Open Enrollment for Qualifying Breeders:
Prestige Ambassador enrollment is open to any breeder who meets PCR's eligibility requirements. Qualified breeders may apply directly. PCR reserves the right to pause or close enrollment at any time. Check PCR's Membership Page for availability or enrollment periods.

This profile serves as a centralized reference point for buyers, allowing them to review verified documentation, program details, and breeder standards in one trusted location within PCR.
Included PA Registry Privileges
Prestige Ambassadors receive preferred registry pricing across PCR services, including reduced transfer fees, discounted canine registrations beyond included allotments, favorable litter registration pricing, and priority member support as part of their active PA membership status.

Prestige Ambassador records are maintained under PCR’s highest documentation and verification standards, including DNA reports, microchip IDs, health records, and lineage continuity for long-term reference and controlled access.

Prestige Ambassador Requirements
Prestige Ambassadors represent the highest verification standard within PCR. They value proof over claims, documentation over assumptions, and long-term credibility over shortcuts.
PAs stand behind a registry designed to protect breeders, buyers, and canines alike, all through verified records, not promises or claims.
- Prestige Ambassador canines must satisfy PCR's full documentation standard: DNA results from approved provider (currently Embark), microchip-linked ownership, and documented health records. This is a non-negotiable condition of PA enrollment and is exclusive to the PA Status.
- PA applicants must operate or represent an intentional breeding identity: a kennel name, a breeding program, and an established public-facing website with a registered custom domain is required.
- Applicants must maintain a minimum of four (4) active PCR-verified canines within 14 days of Prestige Ambassador approval and throughout the duration of active PA status.

The Official PCR Welcome Kit includes custom PCR merchandise for both the owner and their canine, along with Prestige Ambassador recognition items designed to reflect their elevated status within PCR. In addition, One (1) complimentary Physical Copy of the Official Registration Certificate for any of your verified canines to choose from, redeemable after registration.
Private & Direct Access to PCR Communications
The Official Private PA group provides early access to upcoming PCR features, a direct voice in future platform decisions, and opportunities to share feedback, participate in discussions, and vote on select feature enhancements.
